The first Cocke-Catesby Family History prepared by Joe Roberson, family genealogist, was published prior to the family reunion in Williamsburg , VA , in 2000.  That edition contained some 6919 names accompanied with abundant history and stories about family members.  A second edition was published in 2002 for the reunion in England .  A third edition was published in 2005 prior to the reunion in Frankfort , KY.   It contains some 8387 names with afore-mentioned history and stories covering thirty-two generations in England and America and several other countries.  All editions trace the family to one Sasfrid de Catesby, known alive in 1086 as recorded in the Domesday Book produced by William The Conqueror.  To learn if you are included in the books, send inquiries to: joerob@usit.net
